Family sessions are a wonderful way to capture a time in the present that will one day become the past.

My favorite family photos are the ones that show emotion, laughter, and even the tougher moments I bring a relaxed, warm, and comfortable attitude that gets families feeling relaxed, confident, and comfortable in front of the camera.Family sessions are almost always done at a park, or open space, or any place that is special to your family. I am happy to meet you anywhere, and I can suggest great places based on the feel of the images that you are going for. During a typical family session, I will do many photos of all of you, some of mom and dad, some of kids alone, and individuals of each child. I am happy to do any other arrangements you might want! A family session usually lasts about an hour. I try to get a mix of fun photos, showing loving interactions as well as more traditional posed ones.
